How do I cancel my membership? 

We are sorry to hear that you want to cancel your membership of Soleimer. Unfortunately we don’t have an option to cancel your account, you can contact us via email or live chat to permanently cancel your account. 

It has been a pleasure to have you as Soleimer member and I sincerely hope you will use our services again in the future!

How do I edit my member profile? 

To modify information such as your address, phone number or fax number, please take the following steps:  

    1.     Click Here to sign in to your soleimer account. 
    2.     On your Dashboard, Click Account Information to modify your Name, email address and, password. 
    3.     To change password, click the check box beside Change Password and update your password then click save.
    4.     To change your address information, click Address book and update your address.

How do I place order? 

    1. Click on a Product Photo or Product Name to see more detailed information. To place your order, choose the specification you want and enter the quantity, and click 'Add To Cart; you can browse more products and add it in to your cart.
    2. Once you’re done adding products to your cart, click on the items under “MY CART” at the left side of the page, please check your Order Details carefully and click checkout.
    3. Enter the required information such as Name, Delivery Address, Contact Number, etc. Before clicking "Continue.” If you want to add a new Delivery Address, click "Ship to different address". If you want to edit a current Delivery Address, just edit the address on the provided fields.
    4. Choose shipping option.
    5. After choosing shipping method, you will be automatically taken to the Payment page.
    6. Choose payment option.

How do I cancel an order? 

If you have made a payment:

Please note that if you have already made a payment, please contact us within 24 hours to process the cancellation of your order, the order will be cancelled by our customer service staff and your payment will be refunded within the given time.

If you still do not pay the order:

Please note that you no longer need to cancel your unpaid order, because it will be automatically cancelled if you don't make a payment within 7 days of order placement.

Why I cannot find the order in my account?

You may check if you have two accounts and the order is placed under the other account.

If you still can’t find your order in your account, please contact us and provide us the information needed.

How do I check my order status?

  To check your order status, please be advised to follow the below steps: 

    1. Sign in your account and click the My Order tab under the My Account page.
    2. Locate your order and check the order status by click the View Order link.

How do I add products to my Wish List? 

Simply click the “heart” shape below the product thumbnail to add it to your wish list.

How do I remove products on my Wish List?

On the wish list page, click the garbage bin icon at the right side of the product to remove it from your wish list.  




What payment method can I use?

You can pay using Major Credit Card via PayPal.

How do I pay for my order?

You can choose your preferred payment method on the checkout page.

Why did my payment fail?

Please note that we only accept Major credit card. The following types of credit cards are currently unable to be accepted: charge cards, Visa and MasterCard debit card.

When you make payment by credit card, please confirm if it is a Visa or MasterCard personal credit card.
Also, please make sure that you have sufficient funds in your account and that the amount for your order does not exceed your credit limit.
